Vedmed Agri is strictly a trade only website and we do not sell to the public. To purchase with us you must be a certified veterinarian or authorised personnel of a veterinary clinic or animal hospital.

Prices
To view prices, you must register for an account, subject to our approval. Prices on our website are shown in Singapore Dollar ($). All prices listed on the website are for one item unless otherwise stated. Vedmed Agri Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend or change any prices at any time without prior notice.
Products
Products are subject to availability. If there is a product on your order which is out of stock the product will be removed from your order and you will not be charged. However, you will still need to meet the $190 (before GST), to be entitled to free delivery.
When purchasing a product, expiry date will be indicated in the description, of which will be the product with the same expiry date you will be receiving. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted if you receive your product with an expiry that you chose and deem expiry to be short. To find out more please read our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Minimum Order
We currently offer a no minimum order policy which means that our customers have the flexibility to purchase as few or as many items as they wish. However, a delivery fee of $12 applies for orders that are below $190 (before GST)..
Delivery Prices
Our delivery charges vary according to countries and delivery options.
For Singapore customers, delivery is free for any purchase above $190 (before GST).
For international orders, customers must pay the full delivery costs and there is a $15 handling fee imposed on all overseas orders effective 3rd January 2025.
Deliveries to airport cargo terminals or freight forwarders are subject to additional charges due to extended travel distance, security clearance, and additional handling time.
Airport Cargo Delivery Fee: S$35 per trip.
Tuas Delivery Fee: $12 per trip
Payment methods
We accept most forms of payment: cheques (checks), credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit) and PayPal. Credit Card payments attract a flat surcharge fees of 5.5%.
Our preferred payment method is bank transfer, as this has low overhead for most transfers.
Direct bank (wire) transfers are our preferred modes of payment to our account, details will be indicated in our invoice. Please use the invoice number as a reference. Statements do not reflect full details of remitter; hence we request you to give us your full sender details via email, fax, or phone.
Bank Charges
All bank charges related to credit card transactions will be borne by the customers including PayPal.
PayPal is accepted for payment in SGD ($). Payment should be sent to contact@vedmedagri.net. Due to high fees, PayPal payments attract a flat surcharge of 5.5% fees. Quote the invoice number or the order number clearly in the notification.
Any third-party charges from refused payments (e.g. returned cheques/credit card charge backs) or third party (debt agency) collection fees will be passed onto the customer.
Payment Process
When an order is placed with Vedmed Agri, an invoice will be issue to you when items are delivered, unless otherwise stated.
Credit accounts
Terms are strictly 30 days net for approved customers, and we reserve the right to review and adjust the credit limits and terms without prior notice.
