Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Any items returned after 7 calendar days will only be reviewed case by case basis.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be one of the following:

• Damaged

• Broken

• Faulty

• Defective

• Incorrect

• Shorter expiry than you chose

Any other reasons will be reviewed case by case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

You must provide us with the invoice number and date of purchase of the item.

Vedmed Agri Pte Ltd reserves its rights to reject any returns of goods by customers if it fails to meet the eligibility requirement for a return.

Exchange of products is only allowed within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your items.

Exchange will be applied to invoice of the returning item. We will revise the old invoice and issue a new one to you during the next delivery.

A $12 Delivery fee will be applied if you wish to exchange your item and the invoice total becomes less than $180.

Any reason out of the above will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Vedmed Agri Pte Ltd reserves its rights to reject any exchange of goods by customers if it fails to meet the eligibility requirement for an exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a credit note which you may use to purchase other items in the future.

Shipping Returns

Vedmed Agri will not be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
