CAN I ADD/AMEND MY ORDER AFTER MAKING PAYMENT?

We always encourage our clients to consolidate their orders, as such you may add to cart and send your order upon confirmation.

If you have received a "Thank you for shopping with us" email, your order has been processed and dispatched, as such you will have to place a new order. If you have yet to receive this email, do drop us a WhatsApp message and we will amend your order.

A revised invoice will be emailed to you.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

As Vedmed Agri processes orders on a day-to-day basis to ensure timely delivery, we do not allow cancellation upon fulfilling your order that is if you have received a "Thank you for shopping with us" email.

For any order amendments do drop us a a WhatsApp before receiving this email.

THE EXPIRY IS TOO SHORT, CAN I GET AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

All expiry dates of the products can be found in the product description when adding to cart. Hence, we do not accept refunds for products purchased unless the expiry date given to you was shorter than as shown on our website.

WHERE DO I VIEW NEW PRODUCTS?

Our website is updated continuously, so it is worth checking the website regularly to see what is new and back in stock.

WHEN WILL _____ BE IN STOCK?

To be notified when a product is back in stock, click on the “notify me when in stock” button to be emailed as soon as the product is available to order.

HOW DO I SEE YOUR PRICES?

To view our prices, you will need to register your details or sign in to your existing account here.

All prices listed on the website are for single and bundle pricing.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

The simplest way to place an order is via our website. Our website is easy to use and is updated frequently with new and upcoming products.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?

Our delivery charges vary according to country and delivery option.

For Singapore customers delivery is free if you spend $160 (without GST) and above, otherwise a delivery fee of $12 will be applied when you checkout.

For Overseas customers, we will contact you regarding the delivery charges.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We also accept Paypal.

When an order is placed with Vedmed Agri, we take pre-authorisation from your credit or debit card (this is an authorisation from you to take funds from your card). No money is taken from the card at this stage and an order confirmation will be e-mailed to you.

When your order is ready to be dispatched we will send you an email confirming the goods we are sending and the value. If items on your order are out of stock, we will only take payment for the goods we are sending.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We dispatch deliveries every Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. The cut-off time for same day delivery is at 10am. 
Orders will be dispatched only after confirmation of your order. This is to ensure that any discrepancies can be detected early so that we can act swiftly.

If you have received a "Thank you for shopping with us" email, it means that your order has been dispatched.

AM I ABLE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?

If you wish to opt for self-collection, do let us know prior to visiting our warehouse.

Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday (excluding PH) between 10am to 6pm.

Please note that our warehouse is not open to the public.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK?

Our website is updated frequently and we do our best to make sure that any items featured are in stock and available to purchase. If there is a product on your order that becomes out of stock, the product will be removed and you will not be charged. Your email address will be added to an automated 'notify me when in stock' message so you will be the first to hear when the product is back in stock and available to order.

WILL YOU PUT MY OUT OF STOCKS ON A BACK ORDER?

If you wish to place a backorder for an item, do contact us and let us know so that we can reserve the stocks for you.

Once the stock is available we will automatically send this out at the earliest opportunity and issue an invoice separately subjected to our terms and conditions.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED OR MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
