Try & Trust Program Policy

At Vedmed Agri, we value feedback from our veterinary clients and understand the importance of trying new products before committing to larger orders. To ensure a fair and effective sampling process, we are introducing a new sampling program known as the Try & Trust Program with the following terms:

Eligibility  

• The Try & Trust Program is open to all veterinary clinics who are our registered clients.

• Clinics currently purchasing a specific product (within the last 3 years) are not eligible to purchase a sample of the same product under this program.

Terms & Conditions  

• Each clinic is entitled to purchase one (1) sample per product at 50% off the retail price.

• Samples are sold solely for evaluation.

• A clinic may purchase a sample for each product they wish to try, subject to availability.

• Feedback on the sampled product is highly encouraged and should be submitted within 60 days of receipt. Our Sales Team will contact the purchaser/vet directly to request feedback. Alternatively, you may fill out our online Try & Trust Feedback Form here.

Restrictions  

• The program is limited to one sample per product per clinic. Duplicate orders for the same product from the same clinic will be removed from your invoice.

• The Try & Trust Program does not apply to promotional products or existing discounts.

Refund Policy  

• No refunds will be provided for samples purchased through this program, regardless of the client’s satisfaction with the product.

• The buyer assumes full responsibility for the cost of the sample.

Additional Information  

• The Try & Trust Program does not apply to all products.

• Sample availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

• This program is subject to review and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
