DentalMax® Gel 50ml (with brush)

Chlorhexidine digluconate acts by contact in the oral cavity, inhibiting bacterial growth. In this way it prevents the formation of plaque and combats bad breath. Zinc citrate reduces the maturation and calcification of the plaque, making it more permeable to Chlorhexidine, allowing for a more effective antibacterial action. Furthermore, it reduces bad breath by inhibiting the production and release of volatile sulphur compounds, primarily responsible for bad odor. 18-glycyrrhetic acid acts locally by relieving the sensations of discomfort that accompany the inflammatory processes of the gingival mucous membranes. Sodium monofluorophosphate represents an important source of fluoride capable of overcoming the thin biofilm of dental plaque and incorporating itself into the surface enamel of the teeth. Here, fluoride intervenes in the protection of the tooth, in particular by reducing the erosion of the enamel.
